After update the camera won't turn on, i can just see a red led light and nothing more. Now the camera is useless.
Camera stops recording after 3 seconds
The live view automatically goes really dim and I can't put it back up. But after some hours of inactivity and I turn it back on its live view gets back to normal. Happened 4 times until now.
Problem when connecting directly mini HDMI port to smart tv. the image is seen black and white.
Error when i connect the HDMI port to a hdmi to SDI converter
My SD card work very well inside the Magiicam.
After I connectwith the Computer I find the error message "Memory card is not formated"
I can not get into my menu to check on settings, records & pictures. Can this be reprogram?
Camera stops recording after 30 minutes
Where can I get the software?
Freezes on review.
When viewing something I've videoed the camera freezes and I hear a click sound. When I try and turn it off it takes a minute to actually shut down. What can I do?

Problem: My camcorder won't focus on close-up objects

Solution 1: Your camcorder's autofocus is probably having problems locking on to objects in the foreground. In the settings menu, choose the macro function where available. You'll see it shown with an icon of a small flower.

Problem: Out of space.

Solution 1: You need to back up your recordings. Copy them to a computer. If you record them to a DVD, don't rely on this to store your precious videos. Recordable DVDs degrade over time.

Problem: Battery keeps running out too quickly.

Solution 1: Rechargable batteries have a limited life and they hold their charge less and less as their life goes on. You probably need a new battery.
To help your battery last longer, try to charge it fully every time and don't stop it charging when it's not finished.
If your unit is brand new, it might have a faulty battery. Contact your retailer.

Solution 1: Your computer might not have the right software installed to watch the kind of video your camera takes. Install the software that came with your camera, or as an alternative, Google "VLC" for a great video player that will install on most computers and play almost all kinds of video.
