My cam says "check card" even though the sd card is already in the slot.. after some seconds the cam says "error occured please turn unit off then turn on again"
My panasonic v210 camera is about 3 years old. It was working fine and now won't turn on. I've tried charging through different ports and it flashes red as it should but it just won't turn on. Have bought a new battery which charges fine by flashing but still won't turn on. What else could it be?
Camera won't accept any card. Says no data. Check card. Card locked.
Panasonic VW-VBT 190 charged battery also shows "Low Battery" message. Even new battery, fully charged with external charger, shows "Low Battery" message. New battery does not charge thro' camera.
I press the REC button and it starts to record ok, them I press the record button again and the pause icon displays (but in RED..not GREEN, the when I press record again it will NOT start recording, the only way to start recording again is to switch the unit off. It seems like the REC button is "sticking" or "jamming"...any ideas??
My camcorder works free but if I click the filming button nothing happens and I can´t do anything.. I have to put out the battery.
Having issues with charging. After plugin charging light flashes twice and then no light. Charging is not happening even with the original cable and adaptor.
ERROR OCCURRED PLEASE TURNE UNIT OFF THEM TURN ON AGAIN
Where can I find the best user guide for this model, as the basic one provided is next to useless !
I want instructions on what all the different modes and settings mean and linking different video pieces together ? and how to download etc ?
Well, mine is new and I have a problem with the camcorder which when I turned it on, a second later it'll freeze. I can't change into the gallery or turn it off or anything. Please help me.

Solution 1: Your camcorder's autofocus is probably having problems locking on to objects in the foreground. In the settings menu, choose the macro function where available. You'll see it shown with an icon of a small flower.

Solution 1: You need to back up your recordings. Copy them to a computer. If you record them to a DVD, don't rely on this to store your precious videos. Recordable DVDs degrade over time.

Problem: Battery keeps running out too quickly.

Solution 1: Rechargable batteries have a limited life and they hold their charge less and less as their life goes on. You probably need a new battery.
To help your battery last longer, try to charge it fully every time and don't stop it charging when it's not finished.
If your unit is brand new, it might have a faulty battery. Contact your retailer.

Solution 1: Your computer might not have the right software installed to watch the kind of video your camera takes. Install the software that came with your camera, or as an alternative, Google "VLC" for a great video player that will install on most computers and play almost all kinds of video.
