(Click on a problem to comment or help)Camcorder will download vidios to a folder & playback when I select a vidio from the folder but will not download a vidio to facebook from the folder or the camcorder, when the vidio comes up on facebook it's a choppy mess.
battery is charged, but it won't turn on.
camera records video but areas that are bright show up BRIGHT pink or green. not the normal colors that it should be recording in?
can u transfer this camera to the sony dvd recorder,
It seems that there is a lip sync problem where audio is out of sync with video speed when recording someone singing on my Samsung HMX-F90 - any reasons why that
would be the case?

computer does not recognize hmx-f90. Have downloaded before but when I insert the usb plug nothing happens.
The pc software is set to on but intelli-studio does not pop up.
When I turn on my HMX-F90 the blue light on the back above the camera blinks on and off. There is no chime when turning it on and off. The screen does not come on. I have only had it a year in April and used it maybe 5 or 6 times. I have tried to charge it, but I'm not sure its actually charging.

When I turn on my camcorder, the screen instantly goes white. I turn it off and back on again, and the screen is still white. I have tested it in both high light and low light situations with no results. Why is my screen white?
I can't watch the image in real time in television. Is it a problem or a non supported feature?

Solution 1: Your camcorder's autofocus is probably having problems locking on to objects in the foreground. In the settings menu, choose the macro function where available. You'll see it shown with an icon of a small flower.

Solution 1: You need to back up your recordings. Copy them to a computer. If you record them to a DVD, don't rely on this to store your precious videos. Recordable DVDs degrade over time.

Problem: Battery keeps running out too quickly.

Solution 1: Rechargable batteries have a limited life and they hold their charge less and less as their life goes on. You probably need a new battery.
To help your battery last longer, try to charge it fully every time and don't stop it charging when it's not finished.
If your unit is brand new, it might have a faulty battery. Contact your retailer.

Solution 1: Your computer might not have the right software installed to watch the kind of video your camera takes. Install the software that came with your camera, or as an alternative, Google "VLC" for a great video player that will install on most computers and play almost all kinds of video.
